Dog-friendly beaches near Comacchio •• meineAdria.com

A lot has changed in recent years - and decades - when it comes to vacationing with dogs. While dog-friendly beaches used to be few and far between, several new ones have opened up.

Please keep in mind that, with a few exceptions, pets are not allowed in the water, except in Porto Garibaldi.

Lido di Volano (public beach)
located between Bagno Franco and Bagno New Age. The public beach isn't huge, but it does cover 750 m².
Lido Delle Nazioni
between Bagno Albatros and Bagno Mexico is a public beach (privately owned)
Porto Garibaldi
south of the Residenz Park Emilio. Special feature: The only beach far and wide where pets are allowed in the water.
Lido Degli Estensi
adjacent to the Blue Moon beach resort, approx. 3,000 m^_²
Lido di Spina
on the left side of the Police beach resort, approx. 1,500 m^²
