Accessible Venice

A ticket for wheelchair users costs just €1.50. It is valid for 75 minutes from the time of first validation on all ACTV (public transit) boat routes.

If you are traveling with a companion, they may ride for free. If you are heading to Venice, please note that the LN and Line 15 boats dock at the Venezia Pietà pier, and that you will need to cross three bridges from that pier to St. Mark's Square.

We recommend taking Line LN to the Lido S. Maria Elisabetta stop and getting off there (see the posted schedule). Here you will find an overview of all lines in Venice, including schedules.

From here, use the same ticket (valid for 75 minutes) to take Line 1 to the San Marco Vallaresso stop. You can get off here and reach St. Mark's Square without having to cross a bridge.

If you encounter any problems or need assistance, the Venetian association ILDM is happy to help and provides information in various languages. Call +39 3939 075476 (24 hours a day).
