Lavsa Bay
Typ:Bay 43° 45' 09.11" N, 15° 21' 58.41" E
Lavsa is one of the 89 islands in the Kornati National Park. The island is a true example of what makes the Kornati so picturesque. With an area of just 1.7 km², the island has a total of only 10 houses. As is typical of the Kornati, nature on Lavsa captivates visitors with its unique unspoiled beauty. Those who wish can explore the island on their very first day of vacation, right after finding a suitable charter. Croatia (Sukosan is less than a day’s sail away), and the Kornati in particular, once again reveal their diverse possibilities for sailors. At Lavsa, they can look forward to what is likely the best natural harbor in the entire Kornati archipelago. There are two bays on Lavska in total; in the northern Levrnaka Bay, yachts up to 30 meters in length can even drop anchor due to the water depth.
